What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platforms give Salesforce digitally associated lead, opportunity, and gauge processes. Further development deals usefulness of connected devices, intelligent dashboards, and ongoing client examination. It also provides synchronization with Microsoft Outlook and Google Gmail. But there is a problem with connectivity as the internet slows down the program automatically shutdowns and log you out.
What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?
It helps manage your info in one place for the entire organization to access. It’s safe and secure as well as simple to use. It’ll track and show you if some haven’t completed their jobs, and you can see if there’s a problem at that stage within the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Choosing SAP is one of the simplest choices we’ve made. SAP has occupied most of the houses within the market and remains growing massively. SAP comes with all new versions and upgrades, that are easy and easier for organizations. As a technical consultant, I favor the fact that the tool can be integrated into several third-party programs and API’. This makes it straightforward for the stakeholders to search out all the info in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Though SAP’s CRM tool is incredibly helpful however the license is pricey and needs to be experienced skills to migrate information from the legacy systems and for any customization that you simply need. A person cannot maintain or manage the system alone. Connecting to the backend system continues to be not that smooth. If any developments are needed then there looks to be a challenge. And additionally, it’s not as swift as SFDC.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?
Marketing and Sales and Service are very useful per-sales planning and post-sales analytical analysis. A gift to our business this program has been. It is also cloud base, so it's cheaper than housing it onside data storage and it also provides quick tips to the developer that makes easy to use the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is implemented for different customer interaction channels, such as Interaction Center, Internet, and Mobile clients (hand-held devices like laptop, mobile, etc.). It has been a good tool for me to use as it's user interface is very easy to use and also my clients are also able to use it easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Consumes lots of ram resulting in slowing of my system. Unappealing design. You have to select first what you are searching for (number, text etc), and then type the keyword or the number in the search engine.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
have use SAP CRM as ticketing tracking system for customer support and will highly recommend this to use once.Majorly used for lead conversion into customer and regular follow-up and account grooming, maintenance.
