What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?

What's most significant is that all portions of the system were linked to one another. As a result, the procedure, coordination, and communication have been streamlined. When I had questions, the customer care representatives were always willing to assist me in any way. SAP veterans will have no problem navigating the user interface with ease. The CRM system integrates readily with other commonly used SAP standard solutions (e.g. SAP ERP). As a result, complicated data migrations and interface programming are no longer required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Team members shared communication and to-dos via SAP, and tasks were automatically assigned. SAP was also in charge of lead and contact management. Everyone has access to all information (contact, sales, on-site visits, emails, and so on) because it's kept in a single, easily accessible spot. This makes it easier for you and the rest of the team to communicate and stay organized. Customer activities are being processed and mapped. Processing and interface to the backend are being processed. A faithful companion in everyday life.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing I don't like about it, except that I wish more people were using SAP CRM. I've previously used SAP in programs and found it a challenge because each program had a distinct need to meet; however, with SAP CRM, I had all I needed in one location. This program is used by each and every member of our team. It has a dated look about it. Only after putting in a lot of work can connectivity with other programs be accurately portrayed. Only a limited number of mobile applications are feasible at this time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The key advantage of current CRM systems is that they cover the entire customer experience to a high degree. Along with this comes the enormous benefit of having a 360-degree perspective of the consumer, which takes into account all of their behaviors. Opportunities, opportunities, and activity management (appointments/visits, phone calls, emails) are the most commonly used functionalities, as are reporting capabilities. The key advantage of current CRM systems is that they cover the entire customer experience to a high degree.

I think lead Routing is the Aspects what differenciate SAP Sales Cloud from other product, In SAP Right leads are assigned to appropriate Salesperson and Proper Follow method is Used

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) Dashboard is Quite user friendly it helps the Salesperson to make Deeper analysis and deliver deeper intelligence. 2) Lead Management is also very good In SAP right from Lead generation to Follow up to Closing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) Must give a free for a certain duration so that Customers can used it and then upgrade to the paid version

Definitely go for it, it will help your organisation to Grow and you will love the Change.
