What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?
SAP Sales Cloud is a cloud sales application that makes sale automation, ERP integration and collaboration capabilities all at one platform. I envy and enjoy having an absolutely detailed documentation that gets all users to comprehend the tool very easily not more one month of induction. SAP Sales Cloud triples ROI thanks to its SAP integrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The application integrates well with Salesforce and DocuSign. Its very good in managing contract renewals. configuration is easy and it also allows customization. Ability to integrate with other SAP apps and ERP systems is a very great plus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the fact that API integration has not been taken care of. API documentation and extension studio does not work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes. SAP Sales Cloud opens up a wide world of possibilities and opportunities to your business, from robust sound features to a seamless experience right out of the box with the exstensive documentation it offers. rate it 5 stars without hesitation.
