This helps us to keep things organized in our field. What do you dislike most about this product?

If you have a lengthy timeline, it can take a while, but that is not Smartsheet's responsibility. Sheet page layouts can be a little smoother to deal with, but they can sometimes be excessively busy, especially in mobile apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For now, it seems that the smartsheet software is still a work in progress and does not enable many ideas to be implemented. As an example, a Gantt chart needs an end date that isn't based on computations or other variables. Improved reporting and customer-facing tools that may be shown at executive levels, as well as the ability to prioritize things that come from Jira; currently, no sorting using built-in components is feasible.
