What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It is easy to use. Good customer support. Integrates with other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to create detailed project schedules. It has a Gantt view. File sharing. Timeline tracking. Project reporting. Task management. Document and resource management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing i have found to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Smartsheets to help to plan, track, and manage projects in real-time

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It has a simple and easy to use interface, similar to Microsoft Excel. It can be connected with multiple external programs including Power BI. I use it frequently for project management, especially because of its Gantt templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it for its ease and simplicity of use. Creating detailed project schedules, Gantt charts and sending messages to others makes it a much more practical and flexible software. Exports to Excel are simple and attractive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't connect it with Microsoft Outlook.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is excellent for agile project development. It's easy to use, basically similar to Microsoft Excel, and provides the ability to upload Excel files to Smartsheet.
