I like how it allows us to monitor the progress of our projects with ease. I like the ability to have sheets, dashboard and reports and being able to talk to one another and update in real time.

I like the ability to have everyone collaborate in one place to have these items talk to each other. The capability and ease of use that Smartsheet provides can truly help someone who is not fully efficient in Excel, reporting etc. The application has a very intuitive and friendly interface that makes it easy to learn and get started even for new beginners.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, working with excel daily, some minor features does not translate seamlessly from one program to another. Apart from that I have nothing else to mention as a dislike about it.
