the program is not easy, it is a bit complicated, instead there are programs that are much easier to learn.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is no limit to what I can do with the platform, and the yearly subscription is really reasonable. As a user, I often utilize the current user option to combine sheets into reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An extensive learning curve is involved. Despite the fact that smartsheet seems to be a glorified version of Excel, many of its capabilities are either unavailable or difficult to find. My time with new users has been significantly impacted by the steep learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although I'm a huge fan of spreadsheets, other people may find them too complicated. You may tailor Smartsheet to fit your team's unique demands if you have a committed person in charge of the process design. For some individuals, learning how to utilize Smartsheet's many capabilities might be a challenge at first, but the company provides tutorials and other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I'm a big fan of how simple it is to have a project plan up and running in a matter of minutes, and how rapidly I can make changes to it. Jira's integration and synchronization have been really beneficial to me. As a tool for knowledge workers, Smartsheet facilitates the implementation of activities that need close coordination across many groups and individuals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For now, it seems that the smartsheet software is still a work in progress and does not enable many ideas to be implemented. As an example, a Gantt chart needs an end date that isn't based on computations or other variables. Improved reporting and customer-facing tools that may be shown at executive levels, as well as the ability to prioritize things that come from Jira; currently, no sorting using built-in components is feasible.

There is nothing i have found to dislike.
