What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Asides primarily being a project management program , Smartsheet is also a dynamic work collaboration software. We are collaborating successfully through note taking, file sharing, task assignments, project tracking and the list goes on. As a team ,we are allowed to fully customize our collaboration workflow on this program by removing collaboration features that we dislike from our workflow and adding the ones we need. It's just good, old drag and drop.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet gives the user the ability to customize robust automation processes within the Smartsheet program. My team has fully utilized this and we have taken advantage of Smartsheets comprehensive set of integrations, connectors, conditional triggers to create advanced workflows that automates specific aspects of our project management activity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For some reason best known to the Smartsheet team , there is no autosave functionality on this program. Because this is a feature that everyone has come to expect from all cloud programs, it takes a lot of time for a user to come to grasp with this shortcoming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is built using the spreadsheet model. Therefore it may not be the best project management program for teams who 're not big fans of spreadsheeting.

Smartsheet is a cloud-based project management and collaboration tool. Use its tabular user interface, reminiscent of Microsoft Excel, to delegate labor, monitor projects, organize schedules, collaborate on papers, and handle other administrative duties. It helps us keep track of everything from website development to app development to content creation and social media marketing efforts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If you are comfortable with Microsoft Excel, you will have no trouble learning to use the Smartsheet platform. Smartsheet offers a straightforward design that makes learning it possible for even those who aren't tech savvy. It's important to remember that the UI may seem too basic for some users, prompting them to seek out alternatives. Smartsheet is an excellent choice for centralized project management of any size.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To put it mildly, it's a bit cumbersome. The capabilities it offers are limited. Functionality may be too basic for some larger businesses. The interface might use some polishing; I'm constantly aware of the lag when I switch between different tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilizing Smartsheet has been crucial in completing a project management activity that required teamwork. Without a doubt, I've been able to get a tremendous formality in the simplest of operations; it's given a methodical projection, so that all departments use it to regulate the ways in which activities are carried out. Of critical importance, it excels at documenting spreadsheets and incorporating formulae, enabling utility control for those already versed in the fundamentals of excel spreadsheet enhancement.

It's like excel with super powers. It takes what you can do there and amplifies it with great features. Awesome for tracking tasks and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

all of the sorting & filtering options. Being able to assign items. Forms for entry. Just very flexible with what it does.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's limited to its wheelhouse. There's only so many things we can do through the tool. Integrations with other tools (usuch as JIRA) that would have added more value is very expensive. Also unlike excel you can't have multitabbed documents. And there are a few other things excel does that aren't here.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent tool to consider if you use a lot of spreadsheets, need to track multiple things, assign ownership to cells, or create task lists.
