inavailability of ease in communication with fellow colleagues due to lack of chat option. This really affects negatively. Also it's functionality is not of high caliber. Nothing else really affects negatively.

I can say that the Smartsheet is pretty simple and straightforward. You can get the job done here and that’s it. The documents upload on one ticket is limited and this limitation is just not acceptable. When the limit’s reached the whole process will become manual and you will need to do the labor. If you have more members on the team, the work will be immensely huge. The mobile application is the missing piece for this perfect project management platform. Mobile apps help people with being always on the go and ready to work. They can have access to work almost all of the time and there will be no need to keep a laptop with you when you are outside your office. I will be a huge help truly.
