What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

I truly like Smartsheet's automating and reporting capabilities. This is, from my perspective, a one-stop-shop. Smartsheet has it all, from project management to report generation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall, I enjoy utilizing Smartsheet, and We use it regularly at work to streamline my work procedures. Smartsheet's finest asset is its flexibility to be customized. We can accomplish that if we can conceive of a technique to modify data that will help your project planning. The options are limitless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve for Smartsheet is very severe. Since they can't reason via programming, earlier generations have a tough time comprehending software. They could only take certain pathways.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Featuring column formulae, cross-sheet management of data, Smartsheet outperformed Excel. It is a highly recommended platform. Easy Tasks were too architecturally ridged to design a solution that precisely fitted to our demands without a regard to data entry automated processes.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It adds the tasks according to their dependencies while allowing the to create the customized dashboard. It also facilitates with easy web publishing by filtering the content and allowing integrations to get data from database and export clean looking PDF file ready to deliver to the client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very beneficial software for assigning and tracking the projects progress just like spreadsheet with some added and flexible features. One of the more highlighted features includes reminder notification which keeps your team working on schedule.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It allows a smaller number of documents to be uploaded per ticket rest has to be uploaded manually. And access of file can’t be given to any individual without providing access to the whole team. Other than that, no free versions are available and the costs of its basic package is very high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is not just a task or productivity app but its a whole new opportunity to connect with others and expand your organization by achieving even more. It allows you to communicate, manage and report to work in real time which automates the workflow and create new processes at scale.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

This is the easiest to use and most intuitive software you will ever get, all team members learning to use it immediately and quickly and almost automatically, the work was executed more efficiently without any hiccups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way in which day-to-day functions can be automated is great; I can schedule reminders to be done automatically by Smartsheet, so I can notify my colleagues of daily or weekly functions they need to do. I can also see the changes that have been made to the sheet and who in my team has made them; and if I want to see the content prior to the change made, with the Cell History action I can do it, so I am aware of all the progress of the tasks performed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When there are many projects and lines on the sheet it can be overwhelming, which would be nice if you can group the sheets of the same project. Its mobile version does not compare to the web version, it is very deficient and lacks many of the functions and tools that you can have when you sit at the computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The whole work team has found it quite useful, the workflow has improved considerably and tasks that used to become tedious and routine, such as remembering weekly reports and notifying the delivery of daily tasks, are now done automatically. For this reason for me Smartsheet is the best.
