What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

There is no need for an abundance of administrative overhead - do not need a team of programmers to administer and customize. Superior customer service. Very responsive to issues as well as honest investment in finding a solution to implement an enhancement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of customization. User friendly form and report building. I can teach non technical individuals how to build a form or report and they find it effortless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it hard to find anything I dislike. Of course, there are always features one would like to have. TeamDynamix takes requested enhancements very seriously. We have had the product for a little over a year and already have seen a requested enhancement implemented.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great value for the money. Very little administrative overhead. TeamDynamix customer support has been amazing. Be sure to get the integration tool iPaas - I have yet to be stumped to implement anything I wish with having that tool at my disposal.
