What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

The feature set included with TeamDynamix along with the ease but a wide range of configuration options allows this to be used by departments other than IT. While geared toward ITSM, this can be set up for any organization or department.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy the product is to use for our end users, and the ability for the product to be used as a enterprise service catalog and not only IT.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TeamDynamix is a fantastic product. The support and onboarding was wonderful. Even after the cutover into production, the support and success management teams are there for you. They are open to suggestions of new features and provide a wide array of solutions.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

I love that TD focuses on higher education so everyone using it is in my same field.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflows feature has cut our work time in half and smoothed out many processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some admin features are hard to find, but you get used it once you use it regularly. Make a knowledgeable article.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you speak to current users and let them tell you how great it is. They are the best resource for what TD can really do.
