What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

It performs well and is simple yet effective with some good features for ease of use beyond bare bones functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cost is very competitive compared to other products while still meeting all of our expectations for features and capabilities. The ongoing support is great and administrating the platform is very efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not as fully customizable as more complex/expensive tools. Customizable forms do not permit a full range of graphic design options. There are some aspects of the system that are not yet accessible via the API.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended platform.

The customization features along with the automation make it very powerful. In addition, opening it up enterprise-wide is a big win for our whole organization.

The support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once in a while there is something to be enhanced, but that can happen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We were slow to implement, but that was on us. Most implementations would happen much more quickly.
