What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is problem solving skills which helps me in analysing the situation and resolve the issues effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of implementing is a concern especially for the small organisations. The complexity is also bit overwhelming for change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Those who are looking to go ahead with continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development can prefer this product to get a best experience.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

Our previous solution was too complicated for our needs. TeamDynamix provides the codeless options we need with a very user friendly client portal and support technician UI. Their service desk is very responsive and great to work with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Service Catalog is easy to set up and manage--99% fewer complaints than previous solution. Can customize request forms and assign to correct support team based on form completion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Enhancements often referenced but prioritization not clear. Focus is on new product development, like AI. Also, there isn't on-demand training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our needs and staffing didn't warrant one of the giant solutions. TeamDynamix is perfect for our needs, and we still have plenty to implement.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

ITSM makes tracking, reporting tickets and project very easy using it.In additional ITSM has a wide multiple layers of built -in automation out of the box which makes to remain unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MY favorite aspect on ITSM is the workflow capabilities, the collaboration tool that attribute dependencies and smooth workflow protocol.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My organization and I has nothing to dislike expect if the dashboard in ITSM can be made to display data in real-time it can be of great help on us or anyone who can forego to use ITSM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i can recommend any business or individual considering ITSM that its multiple functionality have been a great help to us' highly recommend it to any business looking for a comprehensive and long term project management solution
