Asset discovery and management. Know our IT hardware and software assets. Incident and problem management. Easy to access to the service catalog, knowledge base, and project portfolio. User will be able to visit client portal to search, find and request technology related information.

Bulk Update and tickets auto opening new windows can get annoying

TDX is a strong overall product and any Service desk business should use them for its strong support and clean user interface
