TeamViewer one of the best software for every remote connect in enterprise as well as free where we need to solve any problem in the user computer by use their machine

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Latency the best part which teamViewer gurentee the best latency ever this software provide if you comes with another enterprise version they always connect with a different session that should be very secure

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes scammers are use and that was tough to handle

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I Highly recommended to use this product good in terms of cost, in terms of connectivity and you can you any machine like a cloud machine and use that

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

TeamViewer Meeting stands out be cause of the audio and image quality especially when the users have a stable internet connection.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like TeamViewer Meeting because it is easy to set up and host meetings even if you are doing it for the very first time. You don't need to go through too much instructions or watch many tutorials to understand how it works. I also like the meeting scheduling features which allow you to decide the time you will have a meeting and send invitations to the participants. This tool helps us to have one on one training session with our clients regardless of where they live.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software depends on the internet. If the internet connection is unstable, you might not hold a meaningful conversation or training session. Sometimes the connection is lost when you are explaining an important concept to students and you have to repeat everything when they join the meeting once again. The free version limits the number of users which could be hindrance when you want to guide many students at once.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure everyone attending the meeting has a stable internet connection. Ask them to avoid joining the meeting when traveling or in noisy places to enhance your overall experience.
