What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

TeamViewer is the first thing which comes in mind of any technical person whenever discussion starts for remote access but obviously it has such user base that people give preference to its meeting application too which is really good. Plus it has good customer support in Premium/paid version. When it comes to meetings we prefer the TeamViewer meetings in my office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my job I also use it to schedule conference meetings with my team on TeamViewer meetings, sometimes we use to take remote access and investigate/check the system accordingly to our requirement or for training purpose.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such, I am happy with its services. So far its good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I'll definitely recommend them to try this once and I am sure they will get to use it more often.

"Good program for video conferencing."

Likeliness to Recommend

7 /10

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

Stands out from the crowd with a user interface that is pleasant, extremely intuitive, and superior to the vast majority of currently available alternatives in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When we couldn't make it into the office during the covid shutdown, we utilized teamviewer to access our work computers from home. To be very frank, we would not have made it through the night if we had been unable to use TeamViewer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since most of our clients have moved on to more popular platforms like Zoom and Teams, we've had to install a plethora of unneeded programs just to keep up with the proliferation of communication tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the program because it's very easy to use and has a good graphical user interface. All of the other features that come with it are also a big plus.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Trustworthy
  • Unique Features
