What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

TeamViewer Meetings and TeamViewer are both used by our IT team, making any necessary debugging a breeze. Online meetings to discuss project updates, etc., are something we frequently do while working from home using this tool. Many scenarios called for its use, and I was able to make good use of it. For small to medium-sized businesses, TeamViewer Meeting is a great option. Our sister company, which employs about 100 people, expressed interest in using TeamViewer Meeting with us. Because they've used TeamViewer Meeting [before, which is how it is] quite a bit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A wide range of communication methods (messaging, voicemail, and writing) are available. What I appreciate most about TVM is not only its simple but secure platform for conducting business discussions but also its video conferencing, remote desktop while conferencing, VoIP calls, and instant messaging features. Excellent customer service, and the ability to share files and documents during a conference call was a huge plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like about TeamViewer Meeting (TVM) is its reliance on internet speed and linearity in its functions, which directly cause problems with logging in and disconnecting in the app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, TeamViewer Meeting is an excellent conference call tool because it is very user-friendly, syncs contacts, and allows you to add up to 300 participants to a single conference call. Try the free version first, and then decide whether or not to purchase the annual subscription based on your own experience, if you can afford it.

What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

A must tool for all the IT and other domain resources during this hard times of pandemic as everyone working from home and easy for the IT and network team to access the system remotely and get the things resolved and also ensure the installation and issues with the system

Screen share to get the things resolved with the system and also to access the system remotely to get the assigned work or task done

What do you dislike most about this product?

its bit slow at times and not that user friendly while accessing the system using mobile

Should make the remote access through mobile more user friendly

Unlike other tools, this is a tool that is presented as an additional tool from the same company, from teamviewer, which means that it is a tool that is generally implemented by members of said tool, and facilitates interpersonal communications by medium of video calls

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect would be that without a doubt it is a tool with a quite understandable aspect, from the desktop application to capabilities that are carried out in real time, such as chats and sharing documents, everything is done with the ability to serve and satisfy the professionals of these times

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not aware of bad functionality of the tool so I consider it to be good

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I could recommend it because it is easy to use and implement also in comparison to others it allows multiple people to connect with the same quality and share any screen or message if you wish
