What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?
Of course, video/audio call is crystal clear which gives me an HD experience. This solution is available on almost all platforms like Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, iOS, and Raspberry Pi. The most essential and likeable feature is strong security and privacy, making this platform reliable and trustworthy. Just because the TeamViewer Meeting platform has built-in and optional security features like end-to-end encryptions for unbreachable privacy and no wonder it came from the world's known and trusted remote sharing platform "TeamViewer". In this app, more than 300 participants can join for meetings. So, I like this app so much.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
UI/UX is so clean and super user-friendly. Just in one click, start meeting, invite for a meeting, share screen, record meeting, transfer file, 1x1 chat/group chat, VOIP call, and many more features. Two-factor validation guarantees the extra security design that any rethinks didn't get access to. The mobile/ iPad application is very essential for me, especially the iPad application which is handy and screen size is also moderate. There is no limitation irrespective of platform, all platforms have almost the same set of features. The technical support is also great because during this pandemic time their support team is working full-fledged.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I did not find any critical issue, so there is no complaint or dislike from my end. It is working perfectly fine for me. I would request the TeamViewer team to work on-call quality if internet bandwidth is low. At least audio quality should not get dorp. Except for this single issue, this application is working as expected. It doesn't work through the proxy servers and already mentioned lag in file transfer when file size is big. There was a speed issue while transferring the large files over it. It sometimes freezes when pc is idle.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone is looking for most secure platform for online/virtual communication then without any doubt please go for TeamViewer meeting. Along with multi-platform support this platform is available in most of the language which breaks geographical barrier.
