What differentiates TeamViewer from other similar products?

With each new update teamviewer shows constant improvements, not only adding more stability to the video quality, but also at the configuration level, since there are now higher resolution rates to choose from, which allows us to work comfortably regardless of the amount of bandwidth we are using.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teamviewer is mostly focused on improving the experience of working remotely on a computer, but it can also be used to work more complexly by using the software's own functions for group meetings, either to make sharing information from the platform much easier, or to explain a work-related topic to several people

What do you dislike most about this product?

Apart from the fact that teamviewer sometimes freezes and we have to restart it in order to continue working, there have been no other issues that have prevented us from managing it properly. This seems to be mostly because some of the computers we use for work do not meet enough requirements to maintain a stable management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend the use of a service such as teamviewer to work with maintenance, as it is essential if the management is handled remotely, so that customers remain confident with the mechanics that this type of program represents, usually in the area of technical maintenance, or simply to work remotely due to problems with the layout.

It allows us to have greater communication with several people at the same time, with better quality at any time, showing us an audio quality and a vision that is very beneficial for everyone, it can be used on any device with greater ease for each of our clients in a way Effective at your convenience

I like this program because in a practical and innovative way you can be in communication with several people at the same time at the same time regardless of the place, the distance and where they are, publicize, discuss, give opinions and give points of view of anyone of our products, showing images, mail with a better effectiveness that everyone will see at the same time

I like everything and there is nothing that I dislike

I recommend it because it is very helpful and very beneficial since all our clients have the possibility of being in communication with us at the same time, without leaving aside other things or commitments that they have to do, just with the simple fact of having any device on hand
