What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because we perform a lot of remote work, using Trello to create a board for each job makes organizing much easier. Another advantage of Trello Ready board cards is that they allow you to track job progress and may be used in place of daily reports. However, as the number of individuals rises, so does the number of tasks, and the board becomes difficult to view.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello's previous limitation was that it could not monitor changes in team members' tasks. However, by using Slack, you will be notified of changes on a frequent basis, reducing the likelihood of lost information. Adding Slack tasks to Trello, on the other hand, may be difficult for persons unfamiliar with computer operations. You must remember the code to add the task, and the initial setup is difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ability of Trello to interface with a wide range of other apps was the determining factor. There are also iOS and Android apps that are beneficial since they allow you to work without having to access your computer. Individuals who are used to managing work with notebooks and spreadsheets would benefit greatly from the Kanban-style task management tool. Using Gmail-to-Trello, you may add the message content as-is to the Gmail-only Trello task. When you use this extension, the Add card message will appear in the mail editing screen, and you may join by clicking on it.

Trello is good for managing and organizing tasks it's easy to use and prices are good but there are others now offering more tools to use at much lower cost

Nothing to dislike but they need improvement to catch the market Other are for free now and offering great tools and more easy to use ways to handle all your work

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Even though tasks can be managed in a Kanban system, it is a straightforward task management solution that anybody can use intuitively at a glance. It is so simple that you may use it for the day-to-day administration of little to-do chores without having to worry about tough things like project management and task management. Trello simplified task organization, and by customizing it, I was able to prioritize and complete key jobs, and I was less likely to become overburdened with work.

We've tried other To Do lists, but we always come back to Trello since it's simple to use and allows you to manage it in depth by increasing the number of boxes such as Start, Not Begun, and Completed that work for you. What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a little tough to use with the app's smartphone and tablet versions, in my opinion. Because the functionality of the app version is limited, make it as similar to the browser version as feasible. I'm using it on an iPad, but it's quite simple, so the functionality should be the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing task and to-do lists used to be a hassle, but this software has made it so much easier. You can get a bird's-eye perspective of which jobs are at what level in general, and logging in is simple. Other tools have worn out and I no longer use them, but this one looks to be long-lasting. It is naturally capable of managing complicated task management tasks. Remove responsibilities from subordinates, those who don't have a hand, those who do; it was meant to be shared, but it's done, and it was doable without an exception.
