What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello has worked perfectly for me at all times that I have needed it, it provides me with a quality service, it is very easy and simple for me to organize my activities, the features are excellent, it adapts to my needs and it offers me absolutely everything I need, so far I have nothing to bother me about this board.

I love how I can add labels to my cards and create templates for cards that we most often use. I also like that you have a lot of room in the description and the ability to add multiple attachments to cards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to use. I tried several products and Trello was by far the easiest to use. I did a quick walkthrough with my team and then turned them loose. We start all of our standups by reviewing the board and discussing plans for the day. Trello has been a big player in the success of my project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting! I wish reporting was better. I would love to see canned reports, and have the ability to share reporting with my team. Right now all of my reports are custom built, which is fine. But I believe the reporting wouldn't be difficult to add. It would be a big win.

There are several products like Trello available. You'll spend more time evaluating than you would if you just go with Trello to begin with. And start with the free trial. See if you like it. Don't put the cart before the horses. Trello is a great way to implement Kanban boards and agile project management, but won't replace sound training in Agile Frameworks and the appropriate mindset.
