When dealing with intricate projects with multiple layers of tasks and dependencies, Trello's simplicity might not offer the advanced features that some other project management tools do. However, for more straightforward tasks and collaboration, it still remains highly effective.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Because Trello is owned by Atlassian, it makes it a lot easier for Trello to be integrated with JIRA tools we use, that's not something a competitor can offer

I especially liked the drag and drop features of Trello where we can plan/re-plan our tasks

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like that sometimes it glitches and we couldn't save and might be able to lose all the data we have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend to give this tool a try if they're already using another Atlassian tool such as JIRA
