What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is distinctive and outstanding for project management is easy to use, simple and straightforward, allows to quickly capture thoughts and turn them into tasks, facilitates collaboration on tasks to get things done faster between participants.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Trello allows excellent performance in terms of its connection point and link with its options is pleasant and practical, easy to use on PC, computers and mobiles, facilitates the design of work projects on boards, on boards allows adding columns and in each one of them attach cards, the cards are called in a particular way or together in these you can add all basic information, files, comments and badges.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Trello is a wonderful application, its support in the projects in which I participate is efficient and of quality, I would like the subscription costs to the platform to be less high for the medium-sized business environment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Trello for its performance, it is effective in terms of structuring and regularizing work habits, manageable and adaptable to originate indications or warnings of pending notes.

the barrier to entry is really low and the features they offer at that price point makes them stand apart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

easy to use, quick to setup and integrates well with Zapier

What do you dislike most about this product?

it does not offer enough option to be restrictive for users, so the control over how people interact with it is limited

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

use it every day and just go for it. The tool is solid and works as advertised. the Butler is a bit difficult to get right but there are so many resources available that it is easy to figure out

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

I love how I can add labels to my cards and create templates for cards that we most often use. I also like that you have a lot of room in the description and the ability to add multiple attachments to cards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to use. I tried several products and Trello was by far the easiest to use. I did a quick walkthrough with my team and then turned them loose. We start all of our standups by reviewing the board and discussing plans for the day. Trello has been a big player in the success of my project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting! I wish reporting was better. I would love to see canned reports, and have the ability to share reporting with my team. Right now all of my reports are custom built, which is fine. But I believe the reporting wouldn't be difficult to add. It would be a big win.

There are several products like Trello available. You'll spend more time evaluating than you would if you just go with Trello to begin with. And start with the free trial. See if you like it. It's easy to upgrade and you'll work with a friendly team to help you find the best price for your organization.
