Its deep security capabilities, agent-based design, and compliance automation make it distinct from more developer-centric or lightweight alternatives like Chef or Puppet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BMC TrueSight Server Automation excels in automating security and regulatory compliance across large, diverse server environments. This not only reduces manual effort and audit risks but also gives IT teams confidence that their infrastructure remains secure, consistent, and compliant at scale

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of drag-and-drop features or simplified job builders found in newer platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My Recommendation will be to Invest in Proper Training and Onboarding, Start with a Clear Use Case and Evaluate Agent-Based versus Agentless Needs
