What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

The continued improvement s what differentiates this product from the other products. The timely logout and warning before logout are what keep the portal safe and secure even if the user forgets after logging in to the portal. The list-wise user interface helps to visualise all the options that a user will be able to navigate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the requirements regarding my colleagues, work, position, salary and career growth are present in a single place under the single portal of Workday HCM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Navigation from one page to another and from one section to another is quite slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is best suited for organisations with a quite large workforce. For small organisations with a single-digit or double-digit numbered workforce this product may seem expensive because it is quite a sophisticated product and for small organisations, the cost may not be worth spending.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Previously I used TriNet, making a small comparison between both software, Workday has a fast implementation, easy to use, increases the internal strategies of any HR department, helps to effectively manage recruitment processes, manage internal steps, among other favorable aspects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Working with Workday is very comfortable, the implementation is simple, it is responsive, it increases the effectiveness of our Human Resources department, it helps manage our recruiting processes, attract unique candidates and easily manage all the internal steps of the selection in a genuine and safe.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No comment. Workday is an efficient platform, it helps with the internal strategic increase of HR in the company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Increase your HR workforce strategies with Workday HCM.
