Easy to update administration data, leave balance, time and many things all information are available on the same platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use is my favorite

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everytime it as for sign-in permission regardless I am sign-in using SSO

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Put payroll information more easy to see and update its hard to find the salary slip for that I have to go to ADP portal.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Worday stands out for having a number of tools with sensational functions, allowing it to cover a large part of human resources management and thus facilitating various areas, being a perfect complement to keep various processes organized from hiring, payroll, time off, talent management, generating sequential reports to evaluate the status of each of the processes. Without a doubt, since we have Workday we have been able to increase productivity, performance, and task optimization, thus creating a communicative and efficient space, taking each process in an organized way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of its best features is that Workday is cloud-based, which guarantees that our data will always be safe. It is a highly intuitive tool, allowing you to perform all labor management in a simple way, managing payrolls and managing vacation periods is now a fast and efficient process, avoiding making any kind of error. The reporting functions are amazing, allowing you to combine and analyze data to have a visualization of the panorama. It has been easy to configure and customize, which meant that the implementation process did not take long, as well as customer support, every time we needed to go to them they were always attentive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not have many negative aspects to highlight, since the platform correctly adheres to labor implementation without so many inconveniences. However, I have noticed that the investment is a little higher than similar platforms, although I understand that Workday offers a complete catalog of options that allows for more comprehensive work, it would be ideal to have better cost options. The integration process needs some adjustments. It would be ideal to have a greater capacity for integrations with platforms that allow for complementing work. For now, this is a bit limited and prevents work flexibility.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is important to take into consideration that Workday has some limitations in its integrations, which interferes with the flexibility of incorporating some data that allow complementing human resources processes. However, this is not a determining factor, as with the integrations it has, its intuitiveness, interface and highly functional and useful tools, it allows for high-quality and highly efficient work. It has many more positive points than any other negative points I can mention, so recommending Workday is 100% a viable option.

it has a large adoption and a lot of folks are already familiar with its interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

time tracking and integration with other softwares and reporting and analytics

What do you dislike most about this product?

lot of its features are buggy and slow, for example org chart doesn't open most of the time when selected a hierarchy in which more than hundreds records exist, similarly search results are very slow and not relevant most of the time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

mostly its difficult to replace in big orgs as its a complex process but if you are considering other product in a big org make sure it works according to your org scale and take feedback from some of your employees
