What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
Workday has the unique ability to house employment data all in one spot for easy access. It is convenient to access payroll data, personal benefits, and upcoming job opportunties at the click of a button. Not many other products are this versitile.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like having it all my personal info related to my job in one data base. It is easy to check on important data with the well planned layout of programming.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it doesn't tell you what the error is when you are entering data and even after you have fixed it, it still pops up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please check out this software programming. It is easy to use and houses lots of data in one easy spot for users.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
The UI is clean and simple to use, resulting in a positive customer experience. If you realize what you're getting for, scrolling to various fields or obtaining data is quite straightforward.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We now have a single platform that all workers in retailing, workplace, and manufacturing could be used to retrieve their private details, performance-related details, employment history, perks, remuneration, recruiting, and even more. It's really the technology that allows us to fully analyze our personnel makeup, generate analytics, and make smarter business decisions altogether.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If we need to log in numerous occasions in a day using a clumsy MFA, the login process becomes annoying. If you can somehow test a gadget for extended periods of time, the platform would perform much better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended it allows us to fully analyze our personnel makeup, generate analytics, and make smarter business decisions altogether.

The system's user interface and ability to integrate with other third party platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a comprehensive solution for small/midsize organizations. It provides serviceable solutions for Human Resource Management, Organization Management, Reporting and Analytics, Benefits Administration, and much more. The annual license cost is very manageable. The user interface is also extremely well made and easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The time management features are "boxy" and could be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend doing thorough research on all available products (ADP, etc.). Request multiple hands on demos from Workday representatives and ensure that your organization's needs are met.
