What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday is a simply unified system for small to midsize companies that is easy to navigate and makes viewing benefits, choose benefits or even changing your benefits simple and hassle free. Workday makes it super easy to keep track of everything for employees benefits, it’s easy to navigate and very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Workdays product is the real-time reporting and analytics features, the organization’s people to take the quicker and better business decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday can be a little confusing with, and the reports that are run don’t provide all days in same reports. The ability to make changes or receive notifications on updates is not very user-friendly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend anyone considering this product compare all similar software systems before making a final selection. Workday is for medium-to-large size companies especially with multiple locations, gathers all standard Human Resource (HR) functions together. Another consideration is it’s not that user-friendly so training or tutorials may be needed.
