What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday HCM has interface which is easy to understand and it needs no training. We can manage our investments and easily generate pay slips and other financial documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it's intuitive yet useful user interface. Most important and useful feature is managing and tracking our investments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday mobile application log out frequently, which is quite irritating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's very good for organization, small or large it's very useful.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday has a very nice employee portal page for managing several payroll and benefits related features. Workday also offers a very good system for performance evaluation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday has a very simple and easy to use portal page which requires minimal training. It integrates payroll and benefits features very well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday cannot integrate all aspects of third party benefits providers (eg. sunlife financial retirement plans)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workday is a great platform for payroll and employee management. It serves employees, managers and HR personnel very well.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday allows management and owners of a company to dictate employee and contractor hours and benefits. They could see time off requests from this system and approve or disapprove as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect about Workday is the on-the-go features. Employees and management can view schedules and hours anywhere and the system updates almost immediately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say any features of Workday I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If workplace management is all you need for hours and basic payroll functions, this is the product to choose.
