What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday's user interface was clearly designed with the end-user experience in mind. Compared to other software options out there the navigation is intuitive. I feel like this really reduces the learning curve for users and allows them to acclimate to the platform easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Clutter-free interface and reduced error rate. It's really easy to navigate Workday. I've used other comparable software in the past and I was far more error-prone. Simple things like scheduling, PTO, and commission payouts are streamlined. There are a lot of simple checks and balances to prevent user errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Workday is a wonderful product with premium features. I've been at several companies that have switched to Workday and the biggest barrier is always the cost. In this case, a quality product comes at a higher cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really do your homework on the integration capabilities prior to committing. Again I've been with several companies that have transitioned to Workday, once the transition was done everything was great. However, each time I've personally witnessed some bumps in the road with the initial integration and setup. So if there are any business-critical software/platforms that you currently use and need integration with, make sure you do your homework.

Extensive to process payroll on time. Reliable to get all employees data on our system. Incredible with benefits tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payment processing is instant and accepts credit cards. Great to capture benefits of employees. Simplicity with customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Excellent for payment processing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes reliable for leave tracking taken. Great to automate payroll. Simple and efficient with direct deposit.

The time clock system is very easier compared to other systems

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the Time and Attendance feature and also the Profile features and Report tools

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time clock can show issues with just the simple click it can be annoying at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this for smaller companies with less than 50 employees
