What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

You can set up simple hr tools in a few weeks. Workday is different because it is a core system for your whole business, and the implementation is a very long and serious project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday has a very clear methodology for implementation, and they give you a lot of support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our implementation took nine months and we needed a team of full-time people and expensive consultants to do it. It was much more work than we expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not think you can do this as a small side project. It requires a major commitment from your whole company.

My favorite aspect of Workday HCM is its real time analytics, which help make quick and smart HR decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most frustrating part of Workday HCM is that it can be complex to set up and may require a lot of training for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to consider Workday HCM, invest time in training to get the most from its features and use its analytics to improve workforce planning.
