ability to attach other supporting documents on claims makes it better
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its so easy to use with clean interface and i like the integration capabilities with other solutions like google sheets
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool is working well for me i have nothing to dislike for now
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend HR and other Directors to try this tool as its saves time for reconciling payrolls

It's especially valuable for large, complex organisations looking for scalability without sacrificing user experience. What do you dislike most about this product?
specially for new users or smaller organisations without dedicated training resources. The interface, while powerful, can feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and options. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The great thing is that employees can perform various self-service options and only deal with their own profiles, but still, their data is centralized.
What do you dislike most about this product?
An update to the system would be pleasant to have but if it is unchecked, it may obstruct daily operations considerably.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Even though Workday HCM is an excellent resource, make sure you do an assessment to check if it really fits the HR needs and integration requirements of your company.
