Its so easy to use with clean interface and i like the integration capabilities with other solutions like google sheets

The tool is working well for me i have nothing to dislike for now

I recommend HR and other Directors to try this tool as its saves time for reconciling payrolls

What do you dislike most about this product?

specially for new users or smaller organisations without dedicated training resources. The interface, while powerful, can feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and options. Customisation is limited without technical expertise, and making system changes often requires assistance from Workday consultants, which can be costly. Additionally, some users report slower performance during high-traffic periods, impacting overall user experience and productivity.

An update to the system would be pleasant to have but if it is unchecked, it may obstruct daily operations considerably.

Even though Workday HCM is an excellent resource, make sure you do an assessment to check if it really fits the HR needs and integration requirements of your company.
