The automation of repetitive HR activities, such as payroll and time management, contributes to the fact that more time is available for the teams to focus on the big picture.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The great thing is that employees can perform various self-service options and only deal with their own profiles, but still, their data is centralized.
What do you dislike most about this product?
An update to the system would be pleasant to have but if it is unchecked, it may obstruct daily operations considerably.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Even though Workday HCM is an excellent resource, make sure you do an assessment to check if it really fits the HR needs and integration requirements of your company.
