My favorite aspect of Workday Human Capital Management is its unified, real-time reporting and analytics. As a Scrum Master, this transparency helps align team structures, track workforce trends, and support data-driven decision-making without relying on multiple disconnected systems. It empowers both leadership and teams to be more proactive and strategic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Workday Human Capital Management is that it can feel somewhat rigid when it comes to supporting truly agile team structures. While it excels in traditional organizational hierarchies, it lacks native features to easily manage matrixed or cross-functional teams common in agile environments. This limits flexibility in tracking collaboration, sprint-based performance, and dynamic team assignments, which are critical for agile ways of working.
