Workday has a very good - User friendly interface and Comprehensive HR functionalities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Real time data analytics capabilities and it help in decision making. integration is very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementation is very tough and need very good training to work on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workday HCM is highly scalable, making it suitable for organizations of all sizes.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

It has very good interface with easy to understand notifications section which makes it different for other applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In Workday my favourite aspect is compensation part where you can see your compensation its bit easy to access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing is dislike in this product but they have to work on goal setting part because there is now clue how to fill it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I just recommend that they have to make it more simple for uploading data for profile because in slow internet it doesn’t work.
