What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Workday HCM is a full SaaS platform for all HR-related needs, from onboarding to orientation programs, that includes hiring, training, payroll, performance, benefits, leave management, and basic HR modules. This tool provides for a great deal of flexibility based on the user's demands, and the user interface is simple to use. It's also simple to link with other programmes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use - this is important since it determines whether or not the platform will be adopted once it is implemented. Changes may be rolled out quickly because Workday makes it incredibly simple and quick to adjust functionality to fit the changing business needs of dynamic businesses. Workday has done an excellent job of ensuring data security by putting technology in the hands of customers in general and end users in particular.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Depends on the economic do not show all information, and requesting a PDF copy for download does not show all information either. The only way to see all lines of a pay period is to view it in dynamic tables on their website. Their Android and iOS apps are slow to navigate and lack many of the website's features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommended workday HCM because it allows businesses to plan and manage their human resources more effectively. It offers technical solutions for effectively managing HR activities. The feature of the one-click hiring process dashboard simplifies the operation of comparing existing requirements and hiring for leadership. It enables HR departments to store candidate and staff records in the cloud.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

Ability to generate schedule reviews is one of the key feature that differentiate it from other softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think based on observation as auditor, the best part of this is employees can do the necessary tasks without even interacting with HR like recording their time-offs, keeping track of annual leaves, viewing and updating personal information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software does not interface with other system and therefore, requires manual adding of data . For a company human resource department the software is fine, however, for recruiting agencies it needs lot of manual data processing which is not efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The company should assess their data processing needed if you think there are batches to processes so its not an ideal software.
