Workday is more intuitive and cleaner than other systems I have used for Learning

I love how easy the reporting feature is

The system would periodically crash, but this may have been an issue due to our IT

What differentiates Workday Learning from other similar products?

This software is distinguished by its ability to involve learners in training. I am thinking in particular of experience sharing in interactive videos.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about Workday Learning is that everyone is learning and teaching. For example everyone can upload, share and edit videos.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For administrators, updating training could be simplified and improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Training has changed and Workday Learning is a great software to support you in this transformation.
