It allows us to carry out surveys effectively thanks to its integration with SurveyMonkey. It offers a very interesting function such as the Draft For function that allows you to create publications quickly with ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a simple and easy to use interface, similar to Facebook. It helps us to communicate daily, to keep the use of our social networks active, it allows us to broadcast live events/celebrations in a very fun way without forgetting the professional aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It works very well, and I feel very comfortable sharing information through this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workplace is a useful internal communication platform for any company (regardless of its size) that needs to make live broadcasts to provide any type of information instantly, without complications.

What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?

I used to be afraid. It has so many features and functionalities that it used to easily overwhelm me. However, once I took some training classes and watched some training videos online, I started to really like the software. Its use has greatly reduced the amount of time I spend manipulating data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's also great that because there are so many users, you can google pretty much anything you want to do on it and find a training video for it. I love being able to condense data into pivot tables for easy viewing.per hour into data appropriate for uploading to ADP for payroll processing. If you can imagine it, Excel can probably do it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What we like least about this software would be the help database, it falls a bit short since there are many options that are not well explained and sometimes it makes the process of creating a document difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is quite easy to use and learn to use. It can be used to bring information exported from other programs into a universal format. It's easy to customize them with the look and format that best suits your workflow. I use it for everything from budget spreadsheet to photography business equipment inventory, which I can use to stay organized and send to my insurance company for business insurance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Chat option is not that reliable, sometimes it does not work to delete sent comments.
