When you are in a group call you are not able to share your screen with your coworkers. The workplace chat option is not up to mark as it does not work sometimes.

Workplace by Meta offers an unlimited storage and sharing of pictures, audios and videos. Events can be created by using its specific feature for event creation which carries date, time and invitation to the other users feature. Offers the live streaming recording that can be helpful for those who could not attend the live session and to take on the important notes and discussions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform has a unique feature that makes the shared videos content easy to be found and accessed and that is the “Video Captioning “feature. This platform is a source of quick and easy interaction and collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workplace by Meta has a weak integration with other apps which is the major drawback. The notifications sometimes appeared to be delayed. It is little pricey and does not offer such features and tools that justifies the prices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The format and layout of the Workplace is easy and has similarities with the Facebook which makes it easy to be handled b y the new users also. It has quite impressive activities to keep the users engaged, it is user friendly is more preferable to be used within the business for group meetings.

Workplace by Facebook is a free on-the-cloud system. At Agoda, we use workplace to attach to different non-work-related stuff. Since Workplace is formed by Facebook, every function and UX style for the system is the same thing as Facebook. Since everybody is aware of the way to use Facebook, new joiners simply best-known how to use it while not questioning it. What do you dislike most about this product?

I really cannot complain concerning Workplace because it may be a free on-the-cloud system. However, recently, Workplace doesn’t enable the corporate Alumni to use the company workplace anymore. This is smart however it causes us to migrate from our Alumni group to a different platform. Nevertheless, we’ll still use workplace as our non-work-related channel. One other essential factor that I dislike about workplace is the admin platform. The video conferencing feature isn’t accessible within the workplace from FB. No video conference feature introduced yet. Privacy issues are clearly a problem with something that Facebook owns.

I surely recommend it because it is free of cost, easy to use and is very helpful for the user.
