What differentiates ZENworks Asset Management from other similar products?

Unlike many competitors, it offers automated software license tracking and compliance management, reducing manual workload. Its scalability makes it suitable for both small businesses and large enterprises. However, where it truly differentiates is its focus on policy-based automation, allowing IT teams to enforce asset management rules with minimal hands-on effort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best aspects of ZENworks Asset Management is its automated software license tracking and compliance management. It takes the hassle out of manually tracking software usage, helping businesses avoid unnecessary costs and compliance issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's limited third-party integrations. While it works well within the ZENworks ecosystem, integrating with popular ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira can be challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take full advantage of the automated license tracking and policy-based automation features to optimize your asset management efforts. Check for the cost as per the license.

It has an excellent agent, good reports

I don’t dislike anything

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In the past, some service providers installed ZAM as a black box solution where they installed it for you and you could try it out for free for 90 days. If it gave you value you could buy it and if not it was removed. This was a great deal and if you find someone doing this, you should do it
