What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

It works well with every business website and comes with simple step integrations with other tools, It has unique feature that measure footprints and records events of users on our website, the most viewed pages and how long they often interact with our website and an application

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the customer support team, they are always responsive to technical questions and on time, I also like the pricing of the software as it does not cost so much money compared to other website analytic tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need to have some technical knowledge to understand the data and it becomes too expensive in the long run, also exporting data from the tool is too slow and consumes a lot of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the software because it is pricey and comes with good feature

Breadth of features available for a reasonable price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That URL links can be spun up for different dashboards, not requiring the intended viewer to have a login or to signup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the dashboard designs feel a little clunky and could be modernised.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're starting out on your reporting and visualisation journey, this is a great place to start.
