What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The data import process and dashboard builder

What do you dislike most about this product?

There should be more levels of membership for smaller orgs - my organization is too small for the Enterprise membership to make sense but we need some extra features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the 30 day test period! It is worth it

I haven't tested similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UI and UX are pretty good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very limited offer of charts. Customization (where really matters) is very limited too. But worst of all is the support, very slow and unprepared.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't expect good support. Don't expect to be able to fully customize charts and reports.
