Zoho Analytics is fast, reliable and simple to manage. Moreover, Zoho Analytics has the most helpful support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Analytics has been offering us accurate insights. I do not dislike anything about Zoho Analytics.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Integration with different data sources: Zoho Analytics allows you to connect various data sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud applications, allowing you to have a complete view of your data in one place. It also offers a variety of options to customise reports and visualisations, allowing for better representation of data and better communication of results. Zoho Analytics offers a number of automation features to schedule recurring tasks and make it easier to work with the data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Analytics integrates well with other products in the Zoho suite, such as CRM, ERP and spreadsheets, allowing users to pull information from multiple sources and analyse it efficiently. Zoho Analytics has an intuitive and user-friendly user interface, making it easy to create custom reports and dashboards. While easy to use, Zoho Analytics also has advanced features such as predictive analytics, data mining and report automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Analytics has limitations in the scalability of reports and data, which can be a problem for companies that handle large amounts of data. Lack of support in Spanish: it does not have support in Spanish, which can be a problem for some users who prefer to communicate in Spanish.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Analytics is an easy-to-use and affordable BI and data analytics platform with strong integration capabilities with other products in the same suite, advanced features for analytics, affordable pricing and an active community of users who can share knowledge and solutions.
