Zoho Analytics has a very supportive technical team. Furthermore, customizing Zoho Analytics is so simple for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All the features of Zoho Analytics are easy to understand. I do not dislike anything about Zoho Analytics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Analytics will discover accurate insights for you, which will help you make better decisions for your company.

Collaboration of projects between users. A great variety of charts and graphs. Ease of customization and implementation.

Poor mobile responsiveness and no mobile application. Poor customer support

you need zoho analytics for business intelligence, future forecasting, Resource allocation and good decision-making process

A wide variety of graphs and charts for visualization. Easy to use and customize. Data integration from different sources and formats.

Great collaboration tools. Data export in various formats. Hybrid application in both web-based and on-premises installation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile application for mobile devices. Quality training is not readily available.
