What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Zoho is a really wide and flexible tool, and being able to count on different variants that work for us to correctly manage our work management is without a doubt a point in favor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like being able to count on a platform like Zoho Analytics, which completely helps us to create an exhaustive analysis of all our commercial data, takes it and manages it and molds it in such a way that it is possible to detail and visualize it in a better way to make decisions. more conscious focused on really boosting our business, avoiding as much as possible making mistakes by trying decisions that are not the indicated ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is quite wide, it is a bit complicated to adapt the platform to what we need to do at the beginning, it takes a lot of time and work to understand how to configure everything. However, once that is achieved, we successfully achieve great analytical reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Analytics is a tool that without a doubt you will not know what you need, but it makes work easier and helps to manage all the information to be able to visualize it and present it in the best possible way. In the sales department we always need to have tools that help us analyze the market, in this way we guide our purpose most of the time to the right place.

It provides knowledge, security, and compliance. it offers access to statistical data which means that you simply will replicate success. Zoho Analytics encourages competition in members. Zoho Analytics offers correct knowledge to your call manufacturers through mistreatment reports and analytics. Zoho Analytics resolves customers' inquiries quickly. Zoho has enhanced customer support through cases, solutions, case routing, and escalation, web-to-case forms, etc. 

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its dashboard can't be shared via WhatsApp. Zoho Analytics is appropriate just for tiny and middle-sized businesses. The email example becomes exhausting to edit with few customizable choices. You cannot import contacts directly from your social media accounts.

It could be a sales activity management tool for sales groups to reinforce the revenue. It primarily provides in-built dashboards and charts for sales coverage, sales performance management, and team engagement. It additionally helps access KPIs, targets, and contests with real-time CRM updates on Zoho. It comes with analytics, targets, contents, and broadcast tools to observe the calls created and conferences attended to assess the performance of the team.
