What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Large number of interactions with other tools and software such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Slack, SurveyMonkey, excellent for conducting online surveys, integration with other very popular payment gateways such as Stripe

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really enjoy its immediate integration with Stripe. This reconciliation accompanies the reports and dashboards that allow point-by-point investigation, estimation and constant progress of our business processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like Zoho Analytics, I LOVE IT.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Analytics allows you effectively to make and share amazing reports in minutes

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

It's indeed an awesome product. It provides us good analytics and makes the task easy. A very helpful tool. Importing data from excel as well as google drive is very useful. It has capability to integrate with CRM which is a must to have a unified experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it giving me notification regarding the data movements on time so that I need not make visit to the platform every now and then. This helps me in focusing on the assigned tasks and being alert about any changes, also this helps in time saving. I find the Dashboard feature to be stupendous, wherein we usually stack three to four pivot tables together, which are then controlled via the User Filters function. These common filters help us manipulate multiple table at once instead of manually updating each table, saving a lot of time and energy. We first write query tables and then use pivot table to summarize the resultant data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to suggest zoho team to make the user interface more inspiring and also to make the responses a lot more quicker. While the amount of data is more, the platform feels little heavy to use. I expect the platform to come up with results a bit faster. The interface wouldn't inspire you to think out of the box while analyzing data and come up with epiphanies as to what you can do additional or better. It's best when you have things planned and exactly know what you want to do with the tools at your disposal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho analytics is a product that is offering good service as well as after sales support. That being said it would be better to try more vendors and to negotiate based on your organizations specific needs. Let not price alone determine what product to go after.
