What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

It has the capability to allow sharing or publishing of reports with team members and add comments. Set smart data alerts to alert you when outliers or anomalies happen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data blending whereby it allows the combination of marketing spend data in Excel files with your sales data from CRM, to create a spend vs. sales report. The capability to auto blend data from well-known business applications automatically. Beautiful dashboards that combines multiple reports into a single beautiful dashboard, using a drag-and-drop designer. It makes it easier for your executives and users to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho has delivered a lot for me but if they could improve lack of document tracking for proposals or presentations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product I would recommend it, it offers some level of customization.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

The interface that is used in Zoho Analytics is well built and is so easy to use. The price that they offer is also so affordable compared to other competitive products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrating data in this tool is super easy and user friendly. And If you are using the Zoho CRM tool, then all the data can be synced.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customization part has to be improved or support has to be given. Reporting features in the tool needs a little upgrade.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest this product to organizations of all size. It is a very powerful analytic tool with all the possible features. This tool will help the organization in a great way by improving efficiency and optimising cost.
