What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

It integrates with lots of data sources, especially other Zoho products which we use quite often. The support team is very proactive and provides solutions to queries and analysis I've struggled with. Can give support team temporary access to your workspace to allow them to configure a solution I'm struggling with. Chart, reports and dashboards are very intuitive and easy to build and setup. Collaborative and sharing rights are advanced, so are the drill down capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Building dashboards with filters that can be applied globally across the reports. The auto integration of the database schema so as to recognize joins and primary-foreign key relationships Scheduled update of data from data sources for auto updation of dashboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability to write SQL statements for analysis, especially with Live database connections. Issues with using Distinct values with some columns, which need to be overcome by creating dummy calculated fields.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product, great features, and great support. What else do you want?

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

It differentiates the implementation of the software with other great features that a lot of other similar apps do not implement or have the same functionality. The partnership with other companies make Zoho a great way to interact with all functionality with ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspect of the functionality of the software. It is easy to use and has a great user interface and experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of this program is a bit much especially for small businesses or organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to try it out with all functionality and then see whether they would want to implement it or not.
