What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

The best part I love about this tool is the reporting. You can easily generate reports with a few clicks. Reporting is the key part of any organization and without detailed reporting, you would not be able to make the right decisions at the right time. This tool helped us a lot to make the right decisions at the right time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can transform the data into insights within a few clicks. Sometimes we use this tool to generate reports from Zoho projects. While creating a report you can drag and drop files and can see preview of you report as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I found all the features was looking for, I was not able to find anything I dislike about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can easily generate excellent reports and analyze your data to make big decisions. Go for it! it worths

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

It is part of zoho ecosystem, thus it integrates well with all the zoho apps. Also, it has option for multiple other data integrations. The smart Zia tool helps to create great initial dashboards, which can be a good starting point. Zoho analytics also provides a great platform to write sql queries to create custom tables. Its auto data mapping functionality is great which shows you all the present tables with primary keys and foreign keys with a visual diagram.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its very easy to learn this tool. It provides great ways to share your work within the organization as well as outside easily. You can also embed your charts on website using an iframe.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited customizability of charts in terms of its UI is by far the biggest drawback I came across. However, they do have multiple prebuild chart options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is best if you are already using zoho CRM and its ecosystem.
